Who is behind your organization?
Our organization was created by students at the Yale Alliance for Solidarity with Iran at Yale University. To learn more about our story, visit the About page.
Who can join the Network?
Anyone who believes in the following foundational principles:
- I. Commitment to Iran’s territorial integrity
- II. Protection of individual liberties and equal citizenship
- III. Separation of religion and state
- IV. The right of the Iranian people to determine their own political future
Who do you support as the transitional leader in Iran?
We support Prince Reza Pahlavi as the democratic transitional leader.
What is your stance on military intervention?
We believe that military intervention and attacks on military sites in Iran that weaken the regime are among the only possible ways to assist our people in Iran in their revolution against the occupying Islamic Republic.
Do you believe in reform within the regime?
No. We believe that the Islamic Republic is an illegitimate occupying terrorist state, and no reform from within this regime is acceptable.
What is your opinion on sanctions?
We support any policy, including sanctions, that weakens the Islamic Republic. While sanctions impose hardship on regular Iranians, we believe the Islamic Republic is solely responsible for those hardships.
Have any of your founding members ever been associated with the Reformist party, NIAC, or other regime-supporter groups?
